While my house was being built i slept in the back of my pick up, and bathed in the old house that had electricity.

I had my house built on 3 acres of land i bought in 2000 ,with an old house on it running water and electric.I really wanted a round house but i settled for 3 round windows.

I rust dyed these curtains by wrapping rusty objects around the fabric and wetting it with vinegar,then covering with plastic and checking it and rewetting with vinagar until you are happy with the patterns from the rust.Then i hand paint over on top with acrylic.

I took on the job of painting my staircase to look like stone, one step at a time, day by day.

After the bathroom was finished i continued with the grout into the kitchen. I colllected broken pottery from friends who did ceramics and mosaic my counter top.

My fridge is my album of family and friends.

Each year i choose a creative project in my house, It took one month two people working everyday. I had broken tile,mirror,and plates everywere, my poor cat trippy cut her paw and needed stiches.

After several years i had outgrown my little house or 16'x28' and added on another bedroom,bathroom, and studio.

This is my new bathroom,after I laid the tile I painted the walls like canyons to match the tile.

This is were all the creativity happens,as you can see I am already out growing my studio.

The project for the new year is to finish the mural in my bedroom upstairs. Each section of the room is done in Feng Shui. This is my temple were i can be at peace and manifest my desires.

This is Trippy, she likes to squeeze in small spaces, were she can be next to me in the studio while i work.

This is my cat trippy being afectionate with Amber my dog that has adopted me.
