Lorfelix began with a simple idea, that the right lamp changes how a whole room feels. We are a small UK shop and we pick every piece the way you would pick it for your own front room, for the warmth it gives off, the way it looks switched off, and whether it will still feel right in five years.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send an item back if it is not right for the room. It needs to come back unused and in its original packaging.

If you change your mind after ordering, email us within 24 hours and we will cancel it for you. After 24 hours your order may already be on its way, so please send it back once it arrives.

How do I send something back?

Email us at support@lorfelix.com first and we will give you a return number and simple instructions on where to send it. Return postage is yours to cover, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it.

What does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on every order within the United Kingdom.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not at the moment. We deliver within the United Kingdom only.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days.

Once your order is on its way you will get an email with a tracking number. Give it a little time to start updating after dispatch.
