I paint from my heart, and what I love. Nature is my greatest inspiration.

The textures, patterns, sensual forms and colors is what fascinates me most. I continue to explore new techniques to simulate these textures and forms that intrigue me.

Since my work lends itself to organic shapes, currently I am painting on shapes I cut from wood, layered and mounted together to form a three dimensional painting.

Through my painstaking blending and glazing techniques, using rich and vibrant oil colors, I capture the essence of nature.

My paintings become alive with passion, which draws the viewer in and they can feel the peace and harmony that I intended.

While living the unpredictable life of an artist has been challenging , the rewards have been immense. These include a sense of harmony and balance which have been cultivated and nurtured as a result of living in the country.

My paintings become a form of prayer where shapes and colors flow freely.

It is my desire to positively inspire others through my art, to reconnect with nature's beauty and to instill a sense of peace that many people are missing in today's hectic world. Being an artist is not just a job, it is a calling, and sharing my creation is my legacy and gift to the world.
